توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل رفيق للمدارس مع البيانات عند استخدام الطلاب والمعلمين وأولياء الأمور وقيادات المدارس ومسؤوليها للتطبيق وخدماته المرتبطة. يُنشأ كل حساب من خلال مدرسة أو مؤسسة تعليمية بموجب اتفاقية مؤسسية، ولا يمكن للأفراد أو الأسر شراء الوصول.
نستخدم البيانات لتسجيل الدخول وتحديد الصلاحيات، وتقديم أدوات التعلّم والتقييم والتقارير، وربط أفراد المجتمع المدرسي، وتشغيل ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي والصوت، ودعم المستخدمين، وحماية الخدمة، والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والتعاقدية.
قد تُعالج أجزاء لازمة من المناهج أو المحادثات أو الصوت بواسطة مزودي خدمات سحابية وذكاء اصطناعي متعاقدين معنا لتقديم الميزة المطلوبة. نشارك الحد اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة، ولا نبيع البيانات الشخصية.
قد تتمكن المدرسة أو المؤسسة التي تدير الحساب من الاطلاع على البيانات التعليمية وإدارتها وفق دورها واتفاقها مع رفيق. ينبغي للمدرسة وولي الأمر استخدام الخدمة وفق القوانين وسياسات الموافقة المعمول بها لحماية بيانات الطلاب والقُصّر.
قد نشارك البيانات مع المؤسسة التي تدير الحساب، أو مزودي الاستضافة والأمان والتحليلات والاتصالات والذكاء الاصطناعي اللازمين لتشغيل الخدمة، أو عندما يفرض القانون ذلك. لا نشارك سجلات مدرسة مع مدرسة أخرى.
نحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة والوفاء بالاتفاقات والمتطلبات القانونية وحل النزاعات. نستخدم ضوابط وصول وتدابير فنية وتنظيمية مناسبة، مع العلم أنه لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل آمنة بنسبة 100%.
لطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، تواصل مع مسؤول مؤسستك إذا كان الحساب مُدارًا منها، أو راسلنا مباشرةً. قد نحتاج للتحقق من الهوية والسلطة القانونية قبل تنفيذ الطلب، وقد تنطبق استثناءات قانونية أو تعاقدية.
This policy explains how Rafeeq Schools handles data when students, teachers, parents, school leaders, and administrators use the app and related services. Every account is provisioned through a school or educational organization under an institutional agreement. Individuals and families cannot purchase access.
We use data to authenticate users and enforce permissions, provide learning, assessment, and reporting tools, connect members of a school community, operate AI and voice features, support users, secure the service, and meet legal and contractual obligations.
Necessary portions of curricula, conversations, or audio may be processed by contracted cloud and AI providers to deliver the requested feature. We share only what is needed to operate the service and do not sell personal data.
A school or organization managing an account may access and administer educational data according to its role and agreement with Rafeeq. Schools and guardians should use the service in accordance with applicable student-data, child-protection, and consent requirements.
We may share data with the organization managing the account; hosting, security, analytics, communications, and AI providers needed to operate the service; or when legally required. We do not share one school's records with another school.
We retain data as needed to provide the service, meet agreements and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. We use appropriate access controls and technical and organizational safeguards, although no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
To request access, correction, or deletion, contact your organization administrator for an organization-managed account, or contact us directly. We may need to verify identity and legal authority, and legal or contractual exceptions may apply.
