توفر الخدمة أدوات للمناهج والمحادثة والشرح والصوت والاختبارات والتقارير وخطط المعالجة. النتائج والتوصيات التعليمية مساعدة وليست بديلًا عن حكم المعلم أو المدرسة، ولا تضمن نتيجة أكاديمية محددة.
يحتفظ صاحب المحتوى بحقوقه. عند رفع منهج أو ملف، يقر الرافع بامتلاكه الصلاحية اللازمة ويمنح رفيق ترخيصًا محدودًا لمعالجته لتقديم الخدمة. يُحظر رفع محتوى غير مشروع أو منتهك للحقوق.
قد يحتوي المحتوى المولد بالذكاء الاصطناعي على أخطاء أو نقص. يجب مراجعة المعلومات المهمة والمصادر والدرجات والخطط قبل الاعتماد عليها، خصوصًا في القرارات التي تخص الطلاب.
يُحظر إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو محاولة تجاوز الصلاحيات أو الوصول إلى بيانات مؤسسة أخرى أو تعطيل الأنظمة أو استخراج البيانات آليًا دون تصريح أو استخدام الخدمة بما يخالف القانون.
قد تتوقف الخدمة مؤقتًا للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن السيطرة، وقد تتغير الميزات لتحسين الأمان أو الجودة. سنحاول تقديم إشعار مناسب عند وجود تغيير جوهري يؤثر في اتفاق مدفوع.
يجوز تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو انتهاء الترخيص أو بطلب الجهة التي تدير الحساب أو عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك. تخضع معالجة البيانات بعد الإنهاء لسياسة الخصوصية والاتفاق المعمول به.
يخضع استخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Apple كذلك لاتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية المعمول بها لدى Apple، وتكون Apple طرفًا ثالثًا مستفيدًا في الحدود التي تنص عليها تلك الاتفاقية.
By using Rafeeq Schools, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If a school or organization provides your account, its policies and agreement with Rafeeq may also apply.
The school or educational organization is the sole customer and purchases access under a direct institutional agreement, order, or invoice. Students, parents, teachers, and other individual users pay no account-creation fee and cannot purchase access. The iOS app contains no purchase, payment, or paid-upgrade flow. The institutional document defines price, term, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions.
The service provides curriculum, chat, explanation, audio, assessment, reporting, and remediation-plan tools. Educational outputs and recommendations are aids, not substitutes for teacher or school judgment, and do not guarantee a particular academic outcome.
Content owners retain their rights. By uploading a curriculum or file, the uploader confirms that they have the necessary authority and grants Rafeeq a limited license to process it to provide the service. Unlawful or infringing content is prohibited.
AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Important information, sources, scores, and plans should be reviewed before reliance, especially for decisions affecting students.
Do not misuse the service, bypass permissions, access another organization's data, disrupt systems, scrape data without authorization, or use the service unlawfully.
The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or events outside our control, and features may change to improve security or quality. We will try to provide appropriate notice of a material change affecting a paid arrangement.
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach, license expiration, a request from the organization managing the account, or legal requirements. Post-termination data handling follows the Privacy Policy and applicable agreement.
Use on Apple devices is also governed by Apple's applicable standard end-user license agreement, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary to the extent stated in that agreement.
